Flipkart - Order canceled without my consent after reaching the destination location

I have order the Apple Watch series * on ** Feb it’s suppose to be deliver on ** march. On ** march the product reached to the mentioned pincode location but delivery agent never called me and they rescheduled to ** march. On ** march also delivery agent never called but it’s cancelled by mentioning pincode is non serviceable. When I ordered it’s serviceable and shipped, how come it’s non serviceable after reached the destination. I ordered product for ***** now the cost is ***** so I need deficit amount so that I make a fresh order.
