I have ordered food from swiggy at around *.**PM, and the merchant accepted the order but after one and half hour swiggy customer care people called me tried to convince me to cancel order as food not available after one and half hour waiting period but i denied to cancel the order but after all of sudden they at their end canceled the order with out my confirmation.
At that point i paid full money to swiggy, where i cannot order food other restaurants as i don't have money with me. and They informed me about unavailingly after almost * hours, because of this our family not ate food on that day as we didn't have a chance to order food from other restaurant as it is **.** PM where all restaurants will be closed.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
