Opulentus Overseas careers, representative contacted me to help me file for canada PR. They took Rs ***** from me in **** telling that they will start the process.
I have been contacting them on and off till date to let me know the next step but they are asked me to reopen my case by paying the remaining amount.
I paid Rs*** on **th Jan **** again to evaluate my case (Again after * years).
Unfortunately, I have lost the CRS score due to age. now I am not eligible for Canada PR program.
If and only if they had processed my file, I would had been successfull in getting my visa.
I have been contacting various team who's email Id "divergence@opulentuz.com" was shared by the representative "cc*.koramangala@opulentuz.com".
I have not heard from them. nor my calls are answered.
Now, none of there team responds to me nor take responsiblities to settle my amount.

I have been patient and good till date and with respect I have been requesting to return my money back with no help.
I do not trust them anymore because till date they have not provided single service to me. the cc*, cc*, cchyderbad, all other emails have been blocked and their telephone does not receive my calls.
Even today I wrote an email requesting them to return my money.

My refund request has gone deaf. From ****, they are not giving my money.
I not only lost my money more importantly my life. My future life prospect has been ruined by them.
Now I am not eligible for any canada PR program due to age.

I am knocking all the doors to help me.

Request you to kindly please help me and get my money back.
