Hi,
Opulentus Overseas careers, representative contacted me to help me file for canada PR. They took Rs ***** from me in **** telling that they will start the process.
I have been contacting them on and off till date to let me know the next step but they are asking me to reopen my case by paying the remaining amount.
I do not trust them because till date they have not provided single service to me. To test them, I asked them to provide access to the IELTS training which they told was free for their customers. but they are not responding to my emails, calls and even the cc*, cc*, cchyderbad, all other emails have been blocked and their telephone has been made "Unable to receive the call.
When they cannot provide one simple training access whch is part of their free service, how can I even trust in giving more money to them.
My refund request has gone deaf. From ****, they are not giving my money.
Request you to kindly please help me to get my money refunded.
