Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Online visa approval letter was not sent

I booked Vietnam holiday pakage for last *th July to **th July ****. I asked them to send me the Visa approval attachment letter but didn't send rather send a letter which wasn't the attachment. ( Enclosed here). By the time I was about for boarding pass in Kolkata airport, the authority asked me to show the attached approval letter. Which they have given me, I showed but it was not accepted documents for my travel. Regarding the documents, I called up make my trip representative told me it is ok to travel. But I was denied to fly.
