SURAJ KUMAR filed complaint against Flipkart on Feb 10, 2019
The shoe is received from Flipkart which is totally crushed and the packet does not contain any type of brand box.
But when I raise a complaint about a refund they said that the product is Fassured and it delivers with brand box wishmaster never pick up this order without any brand box.
The packet is also too small that it contains any brand box, it is not enough big to carry a brand box and the size of a packet that I tear to open out the shoe from the packet it is also so small that it never came out any shoe brand box with this packet.
Even Flipkart (Ekart) logistics does not measure the weight of the product that they deliver they do not have any information about this, it is so unprofessional way to give a courier logistics service to the customer.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
