Arshdeep Singh Bimbh filed complaint against Flipkart on Dec 12, 2020
Hi sir/ madam,
Myself Balraj Singh Bimbh on behalf of Arshdeep Singh Bimbh on whose flipkart account I am facing the issue. On ** October **** at around **:** AM when big billion days started, we ordered a phone motorola * fushion plus of Rs. **,*** with order ID OD****************** on Arshdeep's acc. I used my upi to pay for the mobile and the money also got deducted from the bank acc but the order was not placed. Since there was an issue, we called flipkart support for resolution and they replied that you will get the money in six to eight business days. After waiting for around ** days I once again called flipkart support for when will the money get credited back and the official responded that due to technical issue from bank side the payment was not successful and flipkart didn't received money. Based on flipkart official's statement, I lodged a compliant in bank (attached as enclosure) on which the bank responded and rejected the compliant stating that the transaction was successful and the Amount was credited to beneficiary account ( bank's response is also attached). As per bank's response, I once again called Flipkart support on November *rd **** and I explained whole scenario to official named Nikita on which she raised a written ticket/ token for the same and asked to wait for * to * business days. And today i.e **th November **** after waiting for the mentioned time period I once again reached to flipkart support on call for status of that written compliant raised by Nikita. This time official named Faida informed to once again check with bank as flipkart didn't received the money. Since the whole scenario I taking too long and I have already wasted almost * month, I request you to look into this matter at the earliest. We have already mailed about on **th November which were marked to cs@flipkart.com and outreach@flipkart.com. Also reminder mail was sent on **nd november **** and several calls were also made regarding the same issue.
