Sirphire - Online order not shipped and seller nonresponsive

I placed an online order for * phone back covers on ** January **** from Sirphire’s website. At the time of purchase, the expected delivery date was on or before ** January ****.
Despite the delivery deadline passing, my order has not been shipped till date.
I contacted the seller multiple times through their support ticket system and email. The only response I received was a vague message stating “You will receive your order asap. Please wait”, without any shipping details or delivery timeline.
The customer support phone number mentioned on the website is not working, and further follow-ups have received no response.
Due to the seller’s failure to deliver the product and lack of communication, I have suffered financial loss and mental harassment.
I request immediate intervention and seek a full refund of the paid amount for non-delivery of goods and deficiency of service.
