Dear Sir,Madam
I had placed an order of Rs *** on **st April **** with express*cart.com after receiving one call from Ms Nisha Sharma where she confirmed that post purchase of the same i will surely win either of TV or Laptop without any further payment there of.After * days of transaction on **rd April i got other call stating that for claiming gift i have to pay additional Rs *,*** (as a part of GST) which will be refunded fully once i receive the gift and i paid that amount as well.Post that on **th April i got again call to pay Rs ***** towards insurance but i declined to pay and ask for refund of my full amount feeling this fraudulent transaction.
Now i am not able to contact them.Enclosed are the mails which shows the detailed transactions.
