PAWANSONU filed complaint against Paytm on Jul 18, 2021
The person approached me as prospective customer fr apartment. Then he said he will deposit one rs in my account via qr scan code.... I followed process and * rs credited into my account. Then he sent a ***** rs qr code but this time money is deducted from my account. SURPRISINGLY NO MESSAGES FR THESE TRANSACTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. FEELING HIGHLY CHEATED by this security breach.
Paytm didn't help at all. They simply sent a message ur query is resolved without single enquiry or single callto me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
