PayTM - online fraud transaction

Now days paytm on boarding fraud merchant for payment collection from customer. A company name Apollo Holidays asked for Rs.***** for * night * days tour with complimentary oppo phone. I have checked the website & saw the paytm is the payment gateway for transaction. So I trust on them & made payment for Rs.***** but next day they were asking for Rs.****. So I came to know they are fraud & paytm on boarded fraud merchant. I requested paytm but they shared reference no. ******** nothing else & they refused to return my money. even I have tweeted to Vijay shekhar but no response & no action against that merchant.
Request you to please take this matter at high level. I have attached all evidence for your refrence.
