Shivakrishna kadiyam filed complaint against Bata India Ltd on Jun 8, 2019
I have ordered a product on bata India website and paid online the amount on **th May ****. Just a day later on **st May ****, I called and cancelled product immediately and told to bata don't deliver do my refund. Customer care executive told me ok I am cancelling order & refund will be initiated in * working days but till right now the refund not initiated & bata doing fraud with users. In between **st to *th June ****, I called & remind about the refund at least *-* times by calling still they doing fraud. Please take strict action on these immediately as they never do fraud against any customer in future.
