Zomato - Online food order fraud..

I place an order on *th november **** at around *:**pm.
My order was late. Order was on the mid way and I got.message that my order cancelled. I called delivery boy he said I have eaten food because ur number was unreachable.
I talk to.customer care, he said delivery boy told that ur number was unresponsive so he cancelled my order.
And now u not giving me my refund also.
Kindly refund my full money.
Neither delivery boy called me nor he came at my location. I gave another number in address but he didn't call me on that number also. And he also didnt come in my location.
Delivery time was *:** pm but till *:**pm my order was in kitchen. Order was late too.
Suddenly I got message that my order is cancelled and now they not returning my money.
