my client is a student, who was induced from your Planetspark to undergo Public speaking courses. That my client wasn’t inclined at first go to join your classes, but your continuous follow ups and persistent assurances led my client enroll for your course.
*. That you assured that the program focuses on developing critical **st-century skills, such as public speaking, effective communication and creative writing, for your child to not survive, but thrive in the current world and if the student doesn’t like it, the same could be refunded within ** days.
*. That at the initiation of the course, you charged registration fees after which you took an exorbitant amount of Rs. **,***/- approximately as the fees for the said course offered by you.
*. That after joining the course, my client found out that the course offered by you is not at all upto the mark and totally of sub standard then what you assured and promised.
*. That the teachers assigned by you are totally unaware of the techniques of teaching the said course and they are highly unprofessional in their approach and conduct.
*. That after dissatisfaction, my client asked to cancel her registration for the said course and refund her amount. That to the same you assured that the same will be refunded after compulsory attending of * classes. That my client on the basis of your assurances, attended the * classes post which she again requested for the refund.
*. That upon making the second request, you again dilly delayed the refund of my client on one pretext or the other, for the reasons best known to you.
*. That my client contacted every possible persons in charge of the said course, but everyone failed to refund the amount to my client.
*. That after facing huge harassment and multiple follow ups, all my client got was false assurances and promises of refund of money, which till date has not been credited.
**. That my client requested you several times through telephonic message, E-mails for refund of the fees, but you have always been dilly delaying the same on one pretext or the other and so far, have not paid even a single amount.
