My self Balkrishna Gunaji Desai has done online BSNL recharge of mobile no. ********** on ** nd December **** at **.** p.m. by using State Bank Internet banking.My Transaction Ref No.IGAAMCBKW* FOR Rs.***/-.But my mobile Recharge was not successful.I have also done my another mobile recharge mobile no.********** for Rs ***/- which was successful at **.** hrs. It's Reference no is IGAAMCEMP*.You are requested to look in to the matter and refund my money of Rs ***/- in my SBI bank account.
