I had booked online hotel on **th September ****. online payment of rs **** was completed. (Booking ID LHXD****). Total contradictory to the oyo rep details the hotel was absolutely dirty & unhygenic. it was not suitable for family stay. it was offered to couples on hourly basis. it was completely unsecured for family. I have cancelled & asked for refund. All the formalities were complted & messsage recived by OYO for immediate payment. till time called ** times & watsed about ** minutes for every call. but the phone is disconnected. it is not matter of Rs ****, it is the adament behaviour & loot of ordinary customes. I want justice.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
