I booked a Flight in Lufthanza airlines from Hamburg to Delhi round trip through Makemytrip. I used one way ticket from Hamburg to Delhi on March * ****. But due to Coronvirus all International flights were cancelled from India wef March **, ****. I contacted Lufthanza they are ready to refund remaining amount but advised me raise this claim by travel agent ie MakeMyTrip. I tried to contact makemytrip even dropped many mail but no response from their side. Now I wish to get full refund of one way journey as flights were cancelled and airlines is ready to pay refund. I am attaching eTicket and Copy of mail conversation with lufthanza.
