Onida - Onida Washing Machine not repaired since 5 months

While I raised a complaint for Onida washing machine not working in July **** .. Service technician visited a few days later in July **** only and observed something and said we need to replace some parts. I said ok. After they vanished for a month and no reply after multiple follow-up for * months, I raised complaint via email to head office. They said some parts were not available, and they will make it available. Multiple follow-up for a month and later I got to know that the part is not available only. Multiple follow-up again after that and they said they will exchange old machine with new one with a **% discount. I reluctantly agreed. To further my agony of no reply for * weeks and after my stern messages they said they will replace the part only and they are arranging the same. It was already * months of ridiculous wait and confused communication. Every day there is new excuse and for * months my mother of ** age is suffering and washing clothes from hand. Its a shameful for a son but I am so frustrated and not able to act.
