Machine was within warrant period (* year)when I registered the complaint on Dec *, ****. It has been ** days , but still not fixed. Made multiple followups , only to get answer from them saying, the spare is not available and they will escalate. Fixing a washing for a such a long time is unheard from any company. It shows Onida's way of treating customers bad. They should have fixed in ** days or should have replaced it. There is no responsible reply from them.
