Hi Team,
I have raised two complaints form almost * months with subject line ticket numbers. When ever i call up to customer care on toll free no ( Service Helpline No: **** *** ****) they directly share some contact person for POC below is the list of contact numbers share by your team.
When ever i call them Specially Vamsi ( **********) he will tell i am send my representative ins some time, he is repeating the same line/story from last one month and now stopped receiving calls from my number.
Ramesh ( **********) there is no use except some or the other stories
Can you please take this further and solve my query or shall i reach/ contact consumer forum on the same.
