Tanishq Harman filed complaint against Delhivery on Dec 11, 2021
Two package was supposed to sent to Hyderabad, Telangana from Munger, Bihar.
Currier agent collected both package from my home,
but only one package reached to destination, other package is missing.
Currier Office boy at Munger, Bihar said and showed me the cctv footage of combining the both packets to send, but it never reached to the target destination.
They promised me that they will find the missing package or refund the cost of package, but now they are not responding or receiving my calls.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
