I PLACED ONLINE FOOD ORDERS ON ONDC AT EMPIRE RESTAURANT FROM MY OLA APP,
ORDER # ONDC_******kfmokd order placed on *ST AUGUST **** at **:**pm even after * hrs order was not delivered when checked with Empire they said handed over to ONDC delivered person, Delivery person said they didn't hand over food, complained to ONDC they sent *nd Delivery person to pick Order from Empire Restaurant, Delivery person informed they're not handing over food after * hrs *rd Delivery person went to Empire Rajajinagar He said they're not even talking to him.. Spoke to Empire person He bluntly Refused to Help, Half day wasted in following and Finally I didn't get my Food Delivered and payment done online to ONDC on OLA app is Lost.
