I am a Zomato Gold Customer. Zomato has guaranteed on time delivery coupon of ***. I had placed an order for delivery which was guaranteed to be delivered in ** minutes by **:**. Zomato canceled the order at **:** and refused to honor on time delivery refusing to refund *** Rs back. Now i feel like I have been cheated by Zomato because I have paid for the Gold membership, but Zomato is not honoring the benefits of the same. This is unfair!
