I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding product quality issues on Kia Syros, chassis number MZBB****VSN******, delivered to me on August *, ****. Below, I outline the specific concerns for your attention and prompt resolution.

*. Product Quality Issues Upon Delivery [*-Aug-**]
While the vehicle was delivered on date *-Aug-**, noticed and informed about rusted rims on all * wheels. When I raised these concerns during delivery, the issues were dismissed as "normal condition," which I strongly disagree with. These defects are unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle and indicate a lapse in quality control.
*. After-Sales Product Quality Issue [**-Aug-** to **-Aug-**]
After initially notifying about the product quality issue, I have been left with a complete loss of peace of mind. Upon conducting a further visual inspection, I discovered additional defects — including multiple scratches on the doors, complete rusting on the front and back sides of the rims of all four wheels, and a rusted exhaust pipe. Car was taken to Showroom and showed the defect to the assistant sales manager on **-Aug-**.These exterior defects raise serious concerns about the overall quality of the product, completely breaking my trust in Kia and leaving me anxious about what other hidden issues the car may have.
The cumulative effect of these issues has led to an unfriendly and hostile experience with Kia India, significantly impacting my confidence in the brand. I have sent email to Kia care on **-Aug-** that is unanswered for days.
I request the following actions to address my concerns:
a) I want a car with chasis number MZBB****VSN****** replaced with a brand new car
b) or I want **.** lakh money refunded
As this car is unsafe in current with poor quality attached proof of exterior and interior quality , life of car is questionable, high risk of family travel in this unsafe car.I going through mental agony and struggle with daily commute to office / personal emergencies without a car.
