I purchased a new Iola scooter, but since I bought it till now, it has not run properly, battery is faulty, bike was parked at the service centre for most of the time, then same problem on the lane, then showed the service centre, then some different problem, since I bought the bike, there have been only service centres, and no one replies.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
