I have purchased an Ola S* x+(scooter) on December **, ****. The scooter was delivered almost month later on **/**/****.
A week after the delivery, I was unable to pair the scooter to my mobile via bluetooth. I have called the service center and did reset the scooter.
After multiple calls and asks the Service Center took for repair and said they have replaced the entire Bluetooth module in the scooter.
After scooter being returned to me, then I was unable to reset the password of the scooter. It remained with default password of ****** for a month. During this time I have contacted and went to the Ola Service center in Karmanghat almost ** times.
Each time the person says they have sent email to the backend team.
Almost ** days later they have fixed something and was able to change the passcode.
After couple of days on **/**/**** the scooter stopped suddenly on the road. I have called the service team and they have asked for ****+**% GST to get Road side assistance. I have not involved in any crash neither the scooter fell down still the Ola demanded to pay for the pickup service. Since the money is expensive I have made my own arrangements and dropped it in Ola Service Center again.
After * days they said "This is a known problem in Ola s* x+, if this happens again in future take a stone and hit on the under the driver seat, Then the seat cover opens up. Remove the fuse and keep the fuse out for few minutes and put it back again." Ola service people knew upfront that the S* X+ is faulty but still they are operating on roads and selling it in bulk.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
