Ola - Ola payment supression

Dear Voxya,

Pfa mail I have raised complaint against the auto driver. *For which I received rply from ola that I need not to pay for same ride instead I have received one coupon for rs *** .
Coupon code: "*PX***ZP*X "
Valid until ****-**-** **:**:** IST.-pfa mail
Although I never got a chance to use this coupon as my account got blocked by your team without informing me.

As per above mentioned complaint and coupon issued for same, Please note that as per my discussion with one of ola representatives(pfa mail for reference), I will not pay the due of *** rs for ola auto.

Also I have paid that ola auto driver in cash *** rps in front of lady police constable.

The ola auto driver inconvenience also reported to lady police constable which I have mentioned in my ola complaint.

Another request from side is pls stop calling or sending SMS regarding payment.As it have become mental torture and harassment through phones SMS and mails. As this is actually very disturbing as I am getting this calls sms and mails while working in office or when I am in with my family.

I will appreciate your fast response and solution in this issue as it is got dragged since from June ****
