my Parents have travelled from my home in New garia, Kolkata to Barrackpore, approx. **km away. Ola prepared a bill saying the distance travelled was *** km i *h **m !! And they charged accordingly. Is it even possible to travel *** km in * hr in this route? Initially Ola Support agreed to refund, but asked Aadhaar and PAN etc. After uploading the same they abruptly Closed the Ticket, saying the Charge are correct as per distance traveled. This has been going on for * months. From Day * we are asking for justification for the distance traveled of *** km. Very Poor Experience from Ola Customer Support Team.
