This is totally unacceptable!!last night my friend booked ola cab *-* times from indira gandhi international airport but every bit was cancelled there was this guy at ola parking who took guarantee to book her cab when she insisted on doing uber...
Then that guy booked her another one but it was cancelled too then he guaranteed this will be the last one and booked her a cab from delhi airport to rohtak haryana
Then that cab driver left her in middle way saying "ghar se phone aaya hai mai aage nai jaa sakta"
If something would have happened to my friend who would have taken the responsibility !!OLA!! Or that driver,refund the money and have a nice chat with that driver he should never!
atleast as a person he should have thought about girls safety
The events after he left her in mod way nearly**kmleft from her home she encounteredmany people of which some were not good but thanksto some genuine uncle who helpedher reach home

Tried everything to connect with OLA support team but they sent false messages like sent you mail regarding issue but i didnt get any and also NEARLY TWO TIMES THEY CONTACTING AND SAID TO REFUND THE MINEY AND ASKED FOR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS SENT THEM * TIMES ALREADY THEY JUST SEND MESSAGE OF ISSUE BEING RESOLVED but its not done neither miney is refunded kindly help
