OLA - Ola has not provided me with my refund

I placed an order through the Ola food delivery service from Andhra Gunpowder. However, the restaurant canceled my order immediately after placement. Despite this, three hours later, the Ola delivery partner called me multiple times, insisting that I provide an OTP for a delivery that was already canceled.

I immediately contacted Ola’s customer support regarding this issue. They initially stated that my refund would be processed within *-* business days. However, this timeframe has already passed, and I still have not received my money. I placed my order on **th of March and it's **th of March already

I have followed up multiple times, but instead of addressing my concern, Ola keeps responding with the same automated email, asking me to wait another *-* business days, without providing any real resolution.

As a doctor on night ICU duty, I have faced unnecessary mental stress and inconvenience due to this unprofessional handling of my complaint. It's not about the money, its about the lack of accountability, and refusal to process my refund.
