Hi, I had booked auto through Ola using ola money, but later Auto-driver refused for that service and took Cash from me. I had informed the same to the customer service agent who spoke to me and she had a call with the auto driver and confirmed the payment is made and she will update the records but she failed too. Its been more than a year i keep getting messages from ola to clear my due. When i raise complaint in mail they want me to pay and then dispute it through app. When i have already made the payment i don't wish to pay again and go behind in dispute.
