Ola - Ola excess fare charged and non resolution

I had taken a outstation ride from ola cab on **th march from ranchi airport to giridih. The booking amount was **** rs but when ride ended it became **** whereas the driver has taken ola shown route only and no extra km was driven. I had called ola the same day to indicate the same, raised multiple tickets till date, called multiple times, but each time I was told that the fare was ok as promised. I have given proof of booking amount as well to them, but they could not provide proof from their side and still could not resolve the issue. So I am in loss of **** rs around.

In mean time, I have used ola postpaid worth **** rs. I had hold this payment so that I may get a call for my above issue to resolve it. But they are not resolving it and giving me mental harassment by continue call and whatsapp. Even many of them has argued and gave abusing words.

Request you to help me in resolving the issue with ola cabs.
