Shruti Gautam filed complaint against Ola on May 3, 2021
One Ola driver picked up my wallet from Indira Gandhi airport terminal * while I was loading in some other cab. He picked the wallet without my knowledge and went. After investigations and inquiry in customer care office, he was seen in CCTV picking my wallet from trolly. When he was asked to return the wallet, he just returned the wallet without cash.And his behaviour was too rude, I had to travel from Delhi to Mathura, without even considering all my incovenience, he refused to return the cash. A lot of inconvenience I had to face today. I missed my train and a lot more. I want my refund to get transferred to me and file a complaint against him.
