Ola - Ola Driver denied to go hospital and cancel the journey

I booked a cab for my parents because my brother waiting in Deep Chandu Hospital in ashok vihar to get the medicine for my parents. at hospital doctor said please call your parents so i can see them and provide medicine according to it. so i booked ola from my phone my number is **********. once i book the driver call me and ask me the drop location, i told him we need to go hospital deep chandu in ashok vihar and he replied me "sir meh hospital nahi jaunga" and he disconnect the phone. his name showing on ola is Jugender Singh and Car info- White Colour Wagonr and car number: UP**AT****. is that the right behaviour of ola driver.? what if someone is dying and they need medical emergency. apart of this many questions stands for ola, ola need to look upon their drivers and take strict action against drivers like Jugender Singh.
