I booked an Ola ride and paid with cash. But the Ola app shows payment pending. Informed the driver later by call, he said will be sorted, but, after **hrs, status is still "payment pending". I didn't have monetary loss due to this, but due to the status, have trouble booking another rides from this app. Requesting ola authorities to ammend the status of my app.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
