*. I travelled using Ola Cabs on **th Dec **** (CRN **********) - Bill amount INR *** paid through Ola Postpiad - As this was chosen as default payment menthod.
*. I travelled again using Ola cabs on **th Dec **** (CRN **********) - Bill amount INR ***, paid through Ola Postpaid.
Immediately right after my first ride on **th Dec ****, I repaid my Ola Postpaid dues of INR *** via Transaction # (T********************** ) using PhonePe.
After completing my second ride on **th Dec **** I tried to repay my outstanding for the *nd ride which is INR ***, the total outstanding that was showing in Ola Postpaid was INR *** which included the amount I paid INR *** for the first ride.
I tried to contact Ola by phone but with no success I had to raise a ticket from the Ola Mobile app on **rd Dec **** and the ticket number assigned to me was ******* from Ola Finance Service.
Nithya from Ola Finance replied back to me on **rd Dec **** saying that this complaint was escalated and they will support me on priority.
I got reply since then and I had sent multiple email follow ups to close this issue and clear my dues from Ola postpaid for which the Ola team never responded.
A late fee of about INR ** was added and I sent another email after this to close the issue soon and I never got a reply.
Another late fee of INR ** was added in Fen and the another late fee of INR *** was added in March. Now the total outstanding due is INR **** as of **-Mar-**
I started getting automated call since March'**** saying legal action will be taken against me for not paying my Outstanding dues and my CIBIL score will be impacted for the same.
I reached out to the Ola support Twitter handle as I was not getting any response from Ola Support via email even after multiple attempts to get a reply. The Ola support twitter handle after checking my ticket number says that they do not take care of tickets raised before **Hrs and implying that the ticket I raised is void and close without my concern and they kept adding the late fees and kept my Ola Postpaid dues open even after I paid it.
As I am not getting any response form Ola and inorder to save my CIBIL score for a Puny INR *** that I already paid, I need your help to raise this and close this with Ola at the earliest.
