I would request you to review the complaint about recent ride that i have taken from PD Hinduja Hospital to back home using outstation OLA ride option from OLA app. It was on **th May ****. Pick up was from Hinduja Hospital to Saphale west and distance calculates somewhere around ** Kilometers. However, when i arrived at the drop location it shown total distance as *** Kilometers and i dont know how is that possible.
If you also review one more ride for same drop location which i took last year in August Month from KG Mittal Hospital Churni Road Mumbai with ref# CRN ********** the distance it shown was *** Kilometers. So i believe ** Kilometers were overcharged.
I would request you to review and ask OLA to refund the overcharged amount please.
