Dr Saurabh Shukla filed complaint against Ola on Feb 4, 2020
I booked a ola cab as i was getting late to catch my train . The driver was taking time so i arranged my convenience . I cancelled the ride and was charged rs** for the same . The driver called me and started abusing me . I said that i booked a ride and cancelled it due to certain readon gor which i also paid a cancellation charge but the driver abused and also threatened me to throw me out of the city . I have the voice recordings .
