I was booking a ride from Gurugram to Delhi on **.**.**** at *.** pm and ola drivers cancelled my rides **-** times in a row. Then i installed uber and got the ride in very first booking. Same way when i was booking a ride from delhi to Gurugram same day afternoon, drivers cancelled my ride *-* times. Every time i book a ride, driver would call me and would ask where you wanna go. I asked them to come to the location first and tell i will tell them. They would say ok i am coming amnd will instantly cancel the ride. This happened at least **-** times. If it is this much important for their driver, then why don't ola itself let them know? In this pendamic situation when we look for timely services to get home safely this is the service ola is providing. Why dont they have any discipline for their drivers. If they are not willing to take a ride why do they accept it in first place. And if they are accepting the ride it shouldn't be their concern where rider wants to go. Ola should cancel such drivers registration, otherwise they will keep doing same with us. I wasted my ** minutes in all this. Moreover my mobile battery was draining quickly. I would have got stuck there under lockdown situation.
