Hi Sir,
I have below two of the complaints towards your OLA support which i took Night :
*. Ola Driver charged additional return trip payment but I booked a cab for To and fro and bill also shows *** Kms trip.
Attached: My trip was **** (After all discount ) which I booked to and fro but the driver saying the app is not working and closing the app I need to repay and he collected the additional trip charges to pay ****/- which I attached is the pay bill for your references.
the same driver Manjunath(driver contact no :**********) and his details in attachment from bills.
*.Why is there no Emergency contact /**/* contact number not highlighted in an app like user friendly so that any time a **/* consumer has an issue can talk to the support team and can fix tere issue.
On my problem day ; I was unable to reach the numbers collected from google and also the driver said he did not know the number to clarify that he expected my return payment .
I need get my repaid amount ****/- and punish the driver who not helpfull and collected additional return trip payments.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
