Royal Oak Furnitures - Office table not delivered

Pink bird Holidays filed complaint against Royal Oak Furnitures on Jul 28, 2019

We have ordered our office furniture on *th July ****. The store has promised furniture will be delivered in ** days but when we call centre for delivery they said it will be delivered by *th August. After so many requests they delivered on **th July. After two days of follow up on **th July, the technician came for fixing but he found that the office table was completely damaged. He reported to his office and we have sent an email to customer care email I'd with damage product images. Till **th July we daily sent email to customer care for reply and replacement. They took * days to reply back. The replacement table is lying in Hyderabad warehouse from **th July and warehouse in charge Mr Suresh is giving all false promises. Not answering the phone and not replying to SMS. Very unprofessional behaviour of all departments.
