Flipkart - Offer benefit not received

I have ordered a livepure water purifier during BBD and the date of purchase is **rd October subsequently the date of delivery is **th October. Here is my order Id OD******************. With this purchase I have got an offer as If I'll make a purchase of Rs, ***** and above containing * or more home and kitchen appliances I will get an Air fryer at Rs. *. I have made the purchase of more than ***** during BBD but still I have not received the offer benefit. They are saying I'm eligible for this offer because I have to make a purchase of ***** in a single transaction and during however it was nowhere mentioned to the terms and conditions of the offer. Raised multiple complaints also spoke with them on call more than ** times everyone is answering facts.
