Nykaa - Nykaa Bank Fraud

Nykaa Beauty has leaked my personal contact details, personal brand account details and bank details to some fraud who invaded my bank account and make unauthorised transactions of worth Rs **,***. On Wednesday (**.**.**) I got a call from a number registered as Nykaa Promotion (**********) and they told me since I am a privee customer of Nykaa I have been shortlisted for a special prize. To avail the price the person told me I just have to place an order of worth Rs **** from Nykaa. The person clearly told me over call what all items I had in my account and I can place an order from the same to avail the offer. To place the order they sent me the link of a website which had the Nykaa logo and then a payment link registered as Nykaa Pvt Ltd. They asked me to select my gift and make a payment of the Nykaa products so I was made to transfer Rs ****. When I asked them for an invoice, they told me I will get it within ** hours. Next day morning I get messages from my bank that several unauthorised bank transactions have been done from my account and an amount of total Rs **,*** has been debited. When I called up the Nykaa promotion number they told me they are calling me back and then called me from ********** asking for more money to release my invoice. I had immediately blocked my debit card, filled a FIR with the bank and informed my bank about the fraudulent transactions. I have called Nykaa as well and they promised to revert back within ** hours but it has been * days and Nykaa hasn’t given me any updates on the matter. It’s absolutely horrible how Nykaa has leaked their customers information and is not taking actions against such scams.
