I initiated a query with Ajio a month back that I want to change my contact details as I am not having my older number with me. But they are delaying it by saying that they need two more business days from the past month. At last, they said that my previous number is in use and they can't help me with this but I am sure that my previous number is not even working. I have **** rs in Ajio wallet which I received on returning an item but I am not able to use them because an OTP is required to use them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
