My e-kyc has expired on ** May. Since then I am being asked to complete full kyc. I can not top up the wallet neither i can spend money from this wallet. My biometry does not get captured and can not be compared with aadhar record. Since then I am trying to complete my kyc through other recognised ways. I can not contact them with even. Everytime they show some error on their **x* help line. I can not use the wallet. No executive service is also available. It is now * months. I am a senior citizen of ** years and am being harassed. Please see that I can use the wallet.
