last month we purchased a air cooler from voltas. with in a month in the air cooler system failure occurring and i complaint about it * week ago they said our technician will contact you and will solve your problem but they are not responding every time i call on costumer service number of voltas they said we will help you and then they provide different numbers but any of them not receiving my call . they are not solving my problem i want compensation for wastage of my time and their inappropriate service
