Voltas air cooler - No repose for replacement of Air Cooler

I bought a air cooler **-*-**** from dibrugarh, Assam.
the cooler stop working on ** July & i raised the complaint on ** july. engineer visited at my home and replace the PCB but the cooler is not working. after few day I gave the cooler at service center for replacement. at last i was mail the all details to their all concern person on dated **-*-****. (attached mail). i followup several time with them . at last i spoke with their sales manager and service manager and they agreed with replacement of same unit. but the end of last service manager Mr. Gogoi request to me that he will replace the cooler but in the mean time i will take the same cooler and use it till new replacement not coming. after that i took the cooler and followup the with him but now he did not reposed me.
