Voltas air cooler - Installation problem

We have bought the *.*ton voltas inverter split AC from sonovision khaitatabad on **may ,****. That they only they have requested for installation. We have got the SMS informing that installation will happen on **may ****.we have called numours time to the technishion but he didn't receive the calls. After some time he switched off the phone. From next morning the struggle starts. We repeatedly called the customer care, every time they are saying that today some technishion will call you and apologizing and informing that they are marking it as urgent. Today is *rd June, still now also they are saying the same thing and my AC is not yet installed. They are not at all cooperative. Every time they are giving some number we called them , either they are not answering the call or they are saying that they don't deal in that area. We are frustrated now. We did a big mistake buying the AC from voltus, they are constantly exploiting us by postponing the dates and playing with our patience.
