Voltas air cooler - Defective Voltas Air Cooler Resolution not done

I have purchased a Voltas Air Cooler from Flipkart and it stopped working in * days. I have raised a complaint in Voltas to claim the warranty and get it repaired. They are not able to resolve this issue and service center is not picking up the call, I called the technician, He is using abusive language and not visiting to repair the cooler. After that, I have called Voltas customer care, they are just saying we will help you but since * days, they are not able to help.
