We applied for new connection of airtel fiber on our *nd floor, while installing new connection * unskilled persons cut our previous connection wire from outer dp box.
Then they said there was some fault in your outer box , we will fix it by next day.
No body even visited our house for checking issue , it have been * days.
we have complained about it, no body is listening. Due to all this i got upset because i have recharged * day before all this happened. They are promising to give waived off for days of incidence, but no one is taking any action. I am really frustated of airtel now.
